Use this guide to make sure you are using the most current applications and forms.
Important rules for submitting printed versions of online applications:
- All trades must be submitted by wire via the FundSERV network.
- The original signed application, with cheque (if applicable), and any other supporting documentation must be received within T+3
- The Investment Application forms part of the Investment Contract so your client must receive a copy.
- Please remember that delivery of the Information Folder and Contract Provisions and the Fund Facts for each product is required at the time of the application for a new Contract.

- The Contract Provisions for a Guaranteed Interest Contract (GIC) are included in the Investment Application. The Contract Provisions must be left with the client along with their copy of the application.
